Aleksandr Rybalko

 Aleksandr Rybalko is an operations and business manager with solid experience in the financial sector, mainly in short-term lending and leasing. For almost three years he has been responsible for managing operational processes at Aventus Kenya (LendPlus), and for the last six months he has held the CEO position in the same company. As COO, he organized workflows, coordinated IT, collections, sales, customer service, marketing and risk departments, ensured regulatory compliance and worked on cost optimization. As CEO, he oversees day-to-day business activities, product development and risk control, and manages relationships with local regulators and partners. Earlier, Aleksandr worked in financial consulting and as a financial analyst, gaining experience in financial modelling, budgeting and market research. He has also held management positions in other sectors, where he focused on operations, team supervision and process improvement.
