With over 13 years in IDV & Fraud Protection, Dustin has a proven track record in commercial deal-making, technology consulting, and regtech. He is responsible for the growth of Smile ID’s Pan-African clients, helping them successfully onboard users on their digital platforms while ensuring they stop fraudsters using Smile’s digital KYC products. Dustin is the VP of Commercial at Smile ID, the leading digital KYC provider in Africa. He spends his time working closely with organisations that Smile ID serves within the digital economy, truly understanding their unique challenges experienced in their onboarding and authentication journeys, and helping them to ensure they have the most robust controls in place to ensure they are effectively mitigating against fraud without compromising on acquiring good users at scale.
