Ibifuro Apiafi

Ibifuro Apiafi is the Head of Account Management at Smile ID in Nigeria. In this role, she leads the account management team, focusing on partner success and growth.
Ibifuro graduated with a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Chemical Process Engineering from University College London.
Prior to joining Smile ID, Ibifuro was the Manager of Entrepreneur Selection and Growth at Endeavor Nigeria, where she supported high-impact entrepreneurs. She also served as the Acting Head of Innovation, Digital Enablement, and Analytics at Stanbic IBTC, driving digital strategy execution by managing product development from conceptualization to delivery, leading design thinking workshops, fostering partnerships with the technology ecosystem, and facilitating digital immersion sessions to enhance the organization’s digital knowledge.
