Jacob Sila

Jacob has over 16 years of experience in Compliance Function. He has held various roles, including Compliance Monitoring and Testing Manager at Absa Bank Kenya before Joined the insurance industry as Compliance Manager fo First Assurance and Absa Life Assurance. He is currently the Head of Compliance & AML for Absa Life Assurance Kenya. On professional front, Jacob holds post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice, (Regulatory Compliance from University of Cape Town), Post Graduate Certificate in Compliance Management (Cambridge University Business School), and he is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, ACFE, and ACAMS.
