Korede Dada

Korede is currently the Executive Director of Risk Management, Internal Control and
Compliance at TrustBanc Holdings Limited – a leading financial holding company covering
banking, capital market, and specialized financial institution. He has 15 years of cross
functional experience across risk management, corporate finance, project finance, structured
trade & commodity finance, investment management, non-interest finance and
SME/microfinance banking.
Korede serves on the boards of The FilmHouse Holdings, Toke Cosmetics FMCG Limited,
Euphoria360 Media Ltd., and Anthill Studios Ltd.
Previously, he was the Risk Management partner to the Corporate Banking Division at Sterling
Bank Plc., a Senior Risk Manager at Fidelity Bank Plc., and a Business Development Manager
at Skye Bank Plc. (now Polaris Bank Ltd.).
Korede has spearheaded several strategic initiatives including capital-raising structures, digital
transformation of risk management processes, design and implementation of robust internal
and external risk rating frameworks.
Korede holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and is an alumnus of the Lagos Business
School and the University of Ibadan. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration
(FICA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), a Chartered Risk Manager
(CRM). Over the years, he has several senior management programs.
