Rodney Adriko

Rodney is a cybersecurity and digital risk expert with over a decade of experience across IT audit, blockchain, privacy, and cyber governance. He currently serves as the IT Audit Manager at Centenary Bank and is pursuing a PhD in Cybersecurity at the Institute of Cyber Security for Society (iCSS). His core areas of expertise include IT audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, third-party risk management, data privacy, and cybersecurity maturity assessments. He holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity (summa cum laude) from the University of Kent, where his work received national recognition, and a First Class Honours degree from Makerere University, where he earned the Convocation Award for the highest CGPA. A recipient of top ISACA global exam awards (CISA and CRISC), he also holds several top-tier certifications including CISSP, CIPM, CEH, and Certified Blockchain.Security Professional. He is an active Subject Matter Expert with (ISC)² and serves as CFO of the (ISC)² Kampala Chapter.
