With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Rose Muturi leads Branch International’s East African markets, driving digital financial services and fintech innovation to enhance financial inclusion. Her career includes leadership roles such as Chief Digital Officer at HF Group in Kenya and founding the Digital Lenders’ Association of Kenya (DLAK), where she played a crucial role in shaping Kenya’s digital lending landscape.

Recognized among Kenya’s Top 40 Under 40 Women (2015) by Business Daily and as one of the Choiseul 100 Africa Economic Leaders for Tomorrow, Rose has been at the forefront of transforming Africa’s financial ecosystem.

With a deep expertise in banking, FinTech, and digital transformation, she has spearheaded the launch of East Africa’s first Neobank, revolutionizing financial access, led digital finance initiatives, reshaping customer engagement and operational efficiency and strengthened financial ecosystems through strategic partnerships & advancing financial inclusion.
